If you are arriving a few days before the wedding, I recommend you take a look at her must eat foodie spots and also the great NZ designers if you like to shop.

  • Queenstown (NZ)

Chelsea’s advice is if you are coming all this way, you must ensure to visit the south island of New Zealand.
Arrive either via ferry from Wellington if you’ve got a car, or fly into Christchurch or Queenstown. You MUST rent a car when visiting the South Island in New Zealand. Driving is pretty much a requirement to see most of the South Island, especially if you want to do it in a short space of time…and a lot of the things you want to see aren’t always in town or city centres. One way to further optimize this is to arrange to pick up the car straight from the airport you’re flying into, then arrange to drop it off from the other airport you will be flying out of.
